Great location, great views, great amenities = great holiday
Lovely view , good location, nice and roomy. Good facilities.
Only thing I would say was there was a bit of rubbish on the grounds overlooking the decks which I guessed may have been caused by the cockatoos.

What was the highlight of Pinnacle Apartments
Very Good
The location was great, it was clean upon arrival with lovely fresh doonas, pillows and mattress protectors on all the beds. Lots of space for 7 people. Having the buggy was brilliant. Great to have a washing machine and clothes dryer as hard to get things dry in the humidity. The pick up and drop off service was great and very smooth. Would definitely recommend this property to others.
Thought the buggy was a bit run down (probably the worst we saw on the island) and overdue a service. Little things like lights not working and/or bulbs not changed, ice dispenser in freezer, tv in bedroom didn't work and main tv pretty old (not a smart tv) which thought in this day and age and quality of apartment should be mandatory. Found out the apartment was for sale so could be the reason for not upgrading or fixing things. Also thought staying for 9 nights that an apartment service would be included without having to ask for a bedding change. No cleaning products other than dishwashing liquid was left in the apartment so with 7 people the bathrooms, toilet, floors etc got really dirty. I think either include a service or leave cleaning products, fresh changes of sheets etc available to use.
